Position: Concierge Driver
Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Concierge Driver who will provide safe, courteous, and professional transportation service for guests within and outside Clark Freeport Zone. The ideal candidate is well-groomed, customer-oriented, and experienced in handling VIP or hotel guest transport.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation service for guests.
- Welcome and assist guests during arrivals and departures.
- Assist with luggage handling and guest coordination.
- Offer basic information about destinations and transportation options.
- Coordinate with guest service teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicle.
- Support concierge-related errands or guest requests as needed.
- Maintain trip logs and ensure all trips are properly documented.
Qualifications:
- At least 5'7" in height, with neat and professional grooming.
- Holder of a valid Professional Driver's License (RC 1, 2, or 3).
- With 1–2 years of driving experience in hotel, executive, or VIP service.
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Familiar with Clark and nearby routes.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
