  • Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely payment.
  • Validate invoices against contracts, purchase orders, and agreed commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and approvers to resolve invoice and payment issues.
  • Prepare and execute vendor payments via online banking and payment platforms.
  • Post AP transactions and perform basic reconciliations of vendor accounts.
  • Monitor and apply debit and credit memos, ensuring accurate balances.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements and cash advances.
  • Support BIR-related reporting and tax computations for payables.
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready AP documentation.
  • Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements.
  • Adhere to internal controls, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any business-related course.
  • At least 3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
  • Basic understanding of AP processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience in expense tracking, forecasting, and payment processing.
  • Have had experience with accruals.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with clear communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Oracle NetSuite, ERPs or payment systems is an advantage.
