Qualifications:

• Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognized Pilates Training Program

• Experience in Pilates instruction

• Knowledge of human anatomy and various Pilates techniques

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to guide and motivate clients

• Physical stamina and agility

• Professional and encouraging attitude

Responsibilities:

• Lead Pilates classes and instruct students on the proper use of Pilates equipment

• Customize Pilates programs to suit individual client needs

• Monitor client progress and adapt routines to their fitness level

• Ensure all exercise routines are conducted safely

• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

• Provide advice on health and lifestyle changes

• Build strong relationships to foster a comfortable and motivating environment

• Stay up-to-date with latest Pilates trends and techniques
