Join us as we shape the future of food in Asia and build a culture where, together, we nourish the DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:The Business Analyst role is responsible for providing necessary business analysis support from elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business needs and stakeholder requirements, solution requirements both functional and non-functional, and transition requirements relating to various software applications. Duties And ResponsibilitiesBusiness analysis

Investigates business and operational needs, problems, and opportunities, resulting in the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes or systems

Business modeling

Conversant with techniques covering a full range of modeling situations.Models current and desired scenarios

Selects appropriate modeling techniques for meeting assigned objectives.Gains agreement from subject matter experts to models produced.Reviews resulting models with stakeholders and gains resolution to issues or needs.Requirements Definition And ManagementDefines and manages scope, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for IT-related projects or change requests

Follows the agreed standards, applying appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements.Provides a constructive challenge to stakeholders as required.Prioritizes requirements and documents traceability to source.Provides input to the requirements baseline. Investigates, manages, and applies authorized requests for changes to baselined requirements, in line with change management policy

Project ManagementEnsures tasks, milestones, timelines, resources, and other details are clearly communicated to the business owners

Prepares and submits regular status reports to relevant stakeholders, indicating tasks completed, risk assessment, issues encountered and other items requiring management action

Manages projects according to approved project management standards to ensure agreed scope, schedule, budget, and objectives are metQualificationsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is important. Any Business Analysis certification issued by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Global is a plusECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) orCCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)Work Experience RequiredAt least 2 years of experience in business analysis and business process management

Demonstrated experience in delivering Business Analysis (BA) aligned to BABOKDemonstrated ability in delivering business models using standards such as UMLExperience in using the following Business Analysis Techniques but not limited to Use Cases, User Stories, Prototyping, Process Modelling, Process Analysis, Business Rules Analysis, Workshops, Interview, Brainstorming, Focus Group, Data Modeling, Root Cause Analysis, Functional DecompositionUnderstands the agile methodologies and has participated in a SCRUM team effort for delivering solutions to requirements

Experienced in working on large scale projects with demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point

Adept in building relationships and partnering with the business as well as strong communication skills

Experienced in planning, design, and delivery of significant business technology projects

Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills

Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry

Demonstrated leadership skills to influence key stakeholders and enable IT strategy development and implementation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to partner with the business

Demonstrated experience in business demand management and prioritization

Process improvement experience, leading and coaching quality improvement projects
