Position Summary

The Property Custodian is responsible for the proper receipt, safekeeping, inventory, maintenance, and disposal of organizational property, equipment, and assets. This role ensures accurate asset tracking, accountability, and compliance with company or government property management policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, record, tag, and issue equipment, supplies, and other assets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and inventory records
  • Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies
  • Safeguard assets against loss, damage, or misuse
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment
  • Prepare property reports, inventory lists, and asset documentation
  • Monitor asset transfers, disposals, and condemnations
  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with purchasing, finance, and operations departments
  • Investigate and report lost, damaged, or unserviceable property

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in inventory control, asset management, or custodial/property roles
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and record-keeping
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
