Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Operations:

Understand and navigate the operations and internal processes of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).

  • Performance Monitoring:

Update and maintain the Daily Checklist, tracking key health metrics such as chat response rate, late shipment rate, cancellation rate, and daily sales performance.

  • Fulfillment Coordination:

Work closely with third-party fulfillment teams to address concerns related to order status, cancellations, and other logistics issues.

  • Inventory & Product Accuracy:

Coordinate with the Purchasing Team to ensure accurate product information, inventory synchronization, and timely updates.

  • Customer Experience Management:

Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to monitor and resolve customer concerns, manage vouchers, and ensure all queries are addressed promptly and professionally.

  • Listing Optimization:

Upload and refine product listings to align with Singlemalt Ph's luxury tone and visual branding, ensuring accurate descriptions, optimized keywords, and compelling imagery.

  • Reporting:

Prepare monthly performance reports summarizing total sales, units sold, and best-selling products.

Develop and submit monthly scorecards analyzing performance trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Page Optimization:

Continuously enhance Shopee and Lazada store pages to improve visibility, aesthetics, and conversion rates.

  • Process Documentation:

Create and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketplace operations and internal workflows.

  • Strategic Collaboration:

Liaise with Lazada and Shopee Account Managers regarding promotions, campaigns, and operational updates.

Participate in marketplace strategy meetings to support brand growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Shopee and Lazada Seller Centers
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail
  • A passion for premium brands, luxury retail, or whisky is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
