Full-Time | Administration & Office Support

Onsolar Corporation is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to keep our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and can balance multiple tasks while supporting both management and staff.

What You'll Do:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, documentation, scheduling)

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner

Support HR functions (record-keeping, attendance, onboarding coordination)

Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations

Monitor office supplies, purchases, and inventory

Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and contractors

Maintain company records and ensure proper documentation

Support project teams in logistics, permits, and client requirements when needed

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (SHS graduate with experience may apply)

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in administrative or office support roles

Strong communication skills in English & Filipino

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Willing to work on-site in Siquijor

Willing to respond to urgent admin matters even beyond shift hours when needed
