Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes and be capable of contributing to projects from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test mechanical components, systems, and products.
  • Conduct detailed engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics calculations.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineers.
  • Perform feasibility studies, prototyping, and validation testing of mechanical systems.
  • Identify design improvements to optimize cost, efficiency, and performance.
  • Ensure designs comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Support manufacturing processes by providing guidance on material selection, machining, and assembly.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues in products or production processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in mechanical engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred for senior roles).
  • Proven experience in mechanical design, analysis, and product development.
  • Proficiency in CAD and engineering simulation software.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
