This role is pivotal in enhancing the agency experience, promoting the company's brand and values, and supporting business growth through effective communication and memorable events. The role also includes managing a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Events ManagementLead the end-to-end planning and execution of national and regional agency events, including recognition programs, conventions, roadshows, and training summits.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery aligned with business objectives.Monitor event budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure cost-effectiveness and impact.Agency CommunicationLead the end-to-end planning and execution of national and regional agency events, including recognition programs, conventions, roadshows, and training summits.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery aligned with business objectives.Monitor event budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure cost-effectiveness and impact.3. Stakeholder EngagementPartner with agency leaders, marketing, training, and other departments to align communication and event strategies.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on agency engagement and communication matters.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
