The Front Desk Associate is the welcoming face of our property, creating a positive first impression and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth, memorable stay. This role blends guest service excellence with administrative efficiency, handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries while providing friendly and attentive assistance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality upon arrival.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes promptly, accurately, and courteously.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records in the property management system.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and warmth.
  • Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest requests promptly.
  • Handle guest concerns with empathy, taking action to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Maintain the front desk area to be clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Assist in managing guest luggage and arranging transportation when required.

Qualifications

  • Education: At least Senior High School graduate; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in guest service, hotel reception, or related hospitality role is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic hotel/property management systems.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
