Maintenance Helper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of tasks related to the upkeep, repair, and improvement of buildings, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across multiple disciplines (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspections, cleaning, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failure and downtime.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records in good condition.
• Respond promptly to service requests or emergency calls related to maintenance issues.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding maintenance concerns.
• Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs or services are required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
