Technical Support
Provide first-level IT support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems promptly and efficiently.
Hardware and Software Maintenance
Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform regular updates and patch installations for software and operating systems.
Network Support
Monitor and maintain the local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity.
Assist in basic troubleshooting of network issues and escalate as needed.
IT Asset Management
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, or procurement of IT assets.
System Administration
Support the administration of user accounts, passwords, and access controls.
Assist in managing shared resources such as printers and file systems.
Documentation and Reporting
Document all critical technical issues and resolutions thru Incident Report (IR)
Prepare regular reports on IT activities and issues for review by supervisors.
Training and Guidance
Provide basic IT orientation to new employees regarding company systems and policies.
Assist end-users in understanding and using new technologies effectively.
Compliance and Security
Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Report and assist in addressing security incidents, such as phishing or malware.
Project Support
Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Provide support during implementation to ensure smooth operations.
Relocation Flexibility
- Be open to relocating to different office locations or project sites as required by the company.
Other Duties
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the IT Supervisor or Manager.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
Fresh Grad or 1yr of experience
Computer and other IT Equipment Troubleshooting, Basic Knowledge in Network.
Can start asap.
