Job Overview:

Responsible for creating clear and compelling content in various forms including product descriptions, email newsletters, video scripts, advertising copy, and blog posts.

Job Description:

• Work with the internal marketing team to understand the company and brand business objectives and communication strategy.
• Create social media campaigns, post and other creative executions on prescribed social media platforms to support the goals of the brands and company to drive traffic thus generate sales.
• Optimize content on a day to day, post by post basis and maintain corporate social media pages and profiles.
• Develop and publish online campaigns and shareable content designed to engage with intended audiences.
• Monitor social media platforms, trends, activities and develop and/or adjust content to accomplish brand objectives.
• Act as Social Media and Website Moderator.
• Remain knowledgeable on product offers and discuss options with customers when necessary.
• Display the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
• Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/ visual ability and originality in work.
• Outside the box thinker when executing concepts and graphical layouts.
• Strictly and consistently adhere to brand mandatories and brand tone of voice.
• Ability to multitask effectively, prioritized and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must display professionalism regarding time and deadlines.

Others:

Perform other duties assigned by the management and department head from to time. must be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment.
