Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web-based applications and user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
  • Implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI components according to design specifications
  • Create mobile-responsive features and cross-browser compatible layouts.
  • Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure delivery of features on schedule.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to ensure seamless integration and usability.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and debugging front-end issues.
  • Ensure consistent branding, design quality, and adherence to web standards.
  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Perform additional tasks related to front-end development as assigned.
  • Be willing to take on backend development tasks as needed to support project completion.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of front-end development experience.
  • Proficient in modern frontend frameworks (Angular, , and/or ).
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration best practices.
  • Proficient with version control systems (e.g. Git).
  • Knowledge of modern CSS techniques including Flexbox, Grid, and animations.
  • Understanding web security best practices and common exploits.
  • Ability to write code following accessibility standards and web best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Willingness to mentor junior developers and help improve team capabilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with both frontend and backend teams.
  • Flexibility to transition to backend development when required.
  • Knowledge or experience in any backend frameworks (e.g. .NET, Django, NestJS, Ruby on Rails) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of unit testing (Jest, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
