Accounts Receivable Associate

Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare, issue, and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Collections & Customer Account Management
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Follow up with clients on overdue accounts and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain professional communication with customers regarding account status.
- Negotiate payment plans or escalate issues to management when necessary.
Reconciliation & Reporting
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare aging reports, collection reports, and customer statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure all receivables processes comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Support continuous improvements in receivables management processes.
- Verify billing details with sales, contracts, or service agreements.
- Record all financial transactions related to receivables in the accounting system.
