Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• At least a High School Graduate (Vocational or Technical training is a plus but not required).

Experience:

• No prior experience required—training will be provided.
• Must have a strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Technical & Physical Skills:

• Ability to use basic tools and equipment (training will be provided).
• Physically fit to lift, carry, and install heavy glass materials.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Soft Skills & Work Ethics:

• Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow senior installers' instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel for installations if needed.

Other Requirements:

• Willing to undergo on-the-job training and skills development.
• Must be physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and adapt to flexible schedules.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Saturday (Installation schedules may vary based on client needs).
