What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into technical drawings

• Conduct site surveys and measurements to ensure accurate project documentation

• Review and interpret design specifications, building codes, and regulations

• Assist in the creation of 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all necessary approvals and permits

• Maintain accurate records and document changes throughout the design and construction process

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field

• With or without experience as a Draftsman, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Knowledgeable in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other applications

• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards

• Good technical drawing and visualization skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
