Role and Responsibilities

Pre- Construction Stage:

1. Secure a copy of the Approved Plans, Scope of Works and Specifications

2. Verify and investigate any discrepancy on the Approved Plans

3. Liaise with Liaison Officer on the necessary permits and NTP

4. Keep and Organized File from the Pre-Construction Stage, Warranty Stage and Release of Retention Bonds and Performance Bonds

5. Establish a workstation on site and prepare for mobilization of the necessary office equipment.

6. Mobilization to Site

7. Orientation to all Site personnel on the Quality Assurance procedure of the Company.

8. Secure Testing Results and Certificates from an accredited Supplier

Construction Stage: (On a Day to Day Basis)

1. Submit all necessary inspection request and requirement to the Client (if necessary)

2. Monitor the day to day progress of works whereas to updated with the scheduling of Inspection Request

3. Properly document and file all the project documents

4. Site Inspection to ensure proper methodology and workmanship is obtained

5. Brief workers on quality of work and make recommendations on the proper procedures and methodology, whereas to avoid re-work and thereby avoiding other expenditures.

6. Conduct joint Inspection with the Clients

7. Inspect all the delivered materials on site and coordinate with warehouse men on how to properly handle and stock materials in accordance to the material specifications.

8. Keep a file of all the Material Specification, User's Manual, Manufacturers Manual

9. Records all Quality related issues and make recommendations on how to rectify

10. Prepare non-conformance report, with regard to material and quality related issues

11. Inspect and Approve billing quantities with regard quality of work.

12. Material Testing and Inspection

13. On pouring, pre-pouring inspection, pouring permits, concrete testing and sampling

14. On closure verify all clearances from the MEPS Engr. To ensure clearance from the utilities whereas to avoid re-work.

15. Report to the head on the Inspection activities or site quality related issues.

Upon Completion of the Project

1. Prepare the Final Dossiers for hand-over which includes;

a. Compilation of all the Approved Plans, Specifications, Scope of Works as well as the revisions and Site Instruction made during the Construction Stage.

b. Prepare AS BUILT DRAWINGS.

c. Compilation of Inspection Request and Approval during the Construction Stage

d. Compilation of Material Testing

e. Compilation of all the Manuals and Specifications of all the installed equipment and/or materials.

f. Compilation of all the warranty certificates for all the installed materials or equipment.

1. Testing and Commissioning (together with MEPS Engr.) for the utilities with proper documentation and acceptance

2. Rectification of Final Punch list Items being raised by the client.

3. Final Demobilization of Company Personnel and left over temfacil.

4. Tagging of Keys, Door locks Inspection with documented hand-over of keys to the client.

5. Prepare hand over and acceptance documents

6. Establish Warranty Dates and Procedures (if applicable in the contract)

7. Document the withdrawal of all bonds. (Retention Bond, Performance bond, etc)

8. Site QA/QC must provide a Copy of all the Project Documents for Safekeeping.

9. Safekeeping of all the Files for the Finished Project.

Other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisors from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
