About the role

As the Officer In-Charge at SOUTHERN ARMS CORPORATION', you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This full-time position is based in Ozamiz City Misamis Occidental and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of the office
  2. Coordinating schedules, meetings and travel arrangements for senior management
  3. Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
  4. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  5. Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
  6. Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role

  1. Proven experience as an administrative professional or in a similar role
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous manner
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
