Work Details:
- Work Location: Isabela, Legazpi Albay and Sta. Rosa Laguna.
- Work Schedule: Work On Site Premise
- Monday - Friday / 8:30 – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Communicates and assists the Sales Assistant, or Sales Officer from loan signing to booking and timely informs concerns encountered for immediate resolution.
- Coordinates with internal departments during loan processing and other related tasks such as documents for signing and submission.
- Screens and ensure completeness of loan booking related documents prior receiving from Dealer representative.
- Reviews and scans accurate documents within reasonable time prior endorsing to Sales
- Assistant for seamless loan booking.
- Ensures timely compliance of noted document deficiencies upon review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Open to any field of study)
- With at least 1 year sales experience
- Good interpersonal skills (verbal communication, listening skills, assertiveness)
- Able to do the job function well even working under pressure
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Willing to do fieldworks and overtime.
