QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a valid Driver's license applicable for 6-wheeler truck and above.
  • Driving experience in other forwarding company is an advantage but not a must.
  • Must willing to work overtime even on Sundays.

MAIN TASKS:

  • Daily truck inspection to ensure that it is in good condition prior making any trips.
  • Report to transport coordinator and department head any truck related problems noticed in order to make necessary actions to prevent accidents.
  • Timely arrival at designated pick up/ delivery site.
  • Double check the cargo being loaded or pick up based on the booking details received. Any discrepancy on number of packages must be reported to LCL transport Coordinator for verification.
  • Ensure that cargo being loaded to truck must be in good condition. In case there is a damage a BO report from warehouse must be provided prior acceptance.
  • Ensure that the pickup and delivery receipts are duly signed with complete details such as receiver name date and time.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional look of the truck to uphold company standard
  • Update/remind transport coordinator in case RFID balance is below Php 3,000.
