JOB SUMMARY
This position has significant responsibility for the profitable management of both existing and new business of assigned accounts and territory. The role requires the management of a team to deliver on the service KPI's to the principal/clients. The role also embraces the need to ensure that the implementation of strategic plans to achieve the growth objectives of the Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) business are achieved by way of always providing close support to the Management Team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrates project leadership in dynamic market circumstances.
- Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks environment.
- Strong people leadership to develop a high-performing and motivated teams.
