Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

● Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, offers, and hiring.

● Coordinate pre-employment requirements and background checks (as needed).

● Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires.

2. Employee Records & HR Administration

● Maintain accurate and updated employee files and HRIS records.

● Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

● Prepare HR reports and analytics (headcount, turnover, etc.).

3. Compensation and Benefits

● Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant timekeeping data (lates, absences, bonuses, etc.).

● Administer employee benefits (e.g., government-mandated benefits, leaves and other company benefits).

● Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.

4. Performance Management

● Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.

● Coordinate performance reviews and documentation.

● Assist in identifying training and development needs.

5. Employee Engagement and Relations

● Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement activities.

● Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions including the implementation of the Code of Conduct.

● Support initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.

6. Policy Development and Compliance

● Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

● Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

● Conduct HR orientations and refresher sessions on company policies.

7. Training and Development

● Coordinate training programs and monitor attendance.

● Maintain training records and feedback for continuous improvement.

8. Offboarding

● Manage the resignation and exit process including clearances and exit interviews.

● Analyze attrition trends and provide insights for management action.

9. General Administration

● Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and functional workplace.

● Support administrative requirements such as business permits, documentation, and compliance filings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years or more of work experience in an HR / Admin role especially in a supervisory level.
  • Willing to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28,000.00 per month
