KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Handle sales calls and proper filing of information (i.e., inventory, pricelist etc.)
• Drive the execution of weekly key performance metrics and quarterly initiatives
• Drive sales production through daily check-ins and continuous engagement with the rest of the team
• Knowledge of car retail market, sales processes and systems is a plus
• Negotiation and coaching skills
• Constant awareness and knowledge of the car industry and recognizing sales trends based on competitive activities
• Must be able to do basic math computations
• Willing to work on weekends and in a fast-paced environment
• Manage day-to-day needs of the online pages including basic editing and captions in order to drive sales
• Ensure clients are responded to in timely manner – whether through inquiries or outside engagements
• Drive quality control – must be able to provide good sales leads
• Good people skills – ability to drive customer inquiries to actual showroom entries and be able to provide great after sales service
• Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats as needed for the success of the business
• Be persuasive and passionate in the service

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong time management and ability to be self-directed
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino language skills
• Social Media and digital experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
