, you'll take command of all shipyard and fleet operations — overseeing vessel repairs, dry-docking, maintenance, and overall operational readiness — ensuring each project sails smoothly from planning to completion. You'll be at the center of our maritime operations, shaping processes, mentoring teams, and driving continuous improvement to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, logistics, and quality, to optimize workflows, implement best practices, and maintain strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Your leadership will ensure that Mega Fishing Company remains a trusted partner for clients, delivering reliability and excellence across all marine projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership in ship operations or marine management, with experience overseeing vessel repair, maintenance, and dry-docking projects
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute complex operations
• Expertise in safety standards, quality assurance, and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
