DescriptionThe Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Senior Delivery Consultant to join our Artificial Intelligence Practice at AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS AI solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives.

You'll play a key role in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, the Senior Delivery Consultant will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure AI solutions tailored to customer needs. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, assessing infrastructure, proposing strategies, and guiding implementation while ensuring adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and risk management.

The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team that helps customers realize their business outcomes using AWS Cloud, collaborating with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud initiatives. Key job responsibilitiesDesigning and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS AI solutions tailored to customer needs. Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support during project delivery.

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective AI strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging AI technologies. Sharing knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years in cloud architecture and implementation.2+ years developing and deploying large-scale machine learning models, including real-time data processing.

Knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and hosting Large Foundational Models. Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.

Preferred QualificationsPh. D. in a quantitative field. Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation).

AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, Machine Learning Specialty). Experience with automation tools like Terraform and scripting in Python. Knowledge of security standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
