URGENTLY HIRING

Position: Android Developer

Work Address: MOA, Pasay

Work Set-up: Hybrid (1-2x a month RTO)

Work Schedule: Night Shift (starts at 9pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin, with a strong focus on Jetpack Compose, Navigation, CLEAN Architecture, and MVI to deliver modern, high-performance user interfaces.
  • Integrate and manage CI tools to streamline mobile build and release processes.
  • Engage in technical planning and design discussions to contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, bug fixes, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers to create polished and intuitive user experiences.
  • Comply with system operation policies including Access Control, Encryption, Logging, Change Management, and Platform Security.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Android Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, CLEAN Architecture, and MVI.
