SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

· Performs a variety of quality hair services such as haircut, hair color, hair rebonding, keratin, hair treatment, perm or curling.

· Must perform hair diagnosis before giving the hair service requested by the client.

· Must implement the signing of waiver especially to clients who will insist on hair services that are impossible or is difficult to achieve or might do further damage to the hair.

· To recommend or upsell to clients.

· To strictly follow the rotation schedule in the branch.

· To perform shampoo, blow dry and iron to clients based on SDR standard.

· To ensure that there is no stain on the skin and clothes when applying color and other services to the client.

· To maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned Trolley.

· Tools needed must always be prepared before performing services.

· To help in maintaining the cleanliness of the branch. The branch must be tidy at all times and reflect the Salon de Rose brand.

· To assist other Barbers as needed.

· If scheduled for training, you are required to attend to improve skills and provide better services to client.

· Must follow and adhere to company processes and policies.

· Must comply to 5S practices. Must give importance to keeping the branch neat and clean.

· Contributes as part of the team and assists team in various tasks; Performs other tasks as required by Immediate Head.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

· Has at least 2-year experience as Barber

· At least High School Graduate

· Good in communication

· Exceptional Personality (sociable, friendly, polite) and behaves in a professional manner

· Can work under pressure

· Must have initiative

· Able to adapt to change
