Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented *Project Coordinator* to support the successful execution of key initiatives across our organization. This role is critical in ensuring seamless project workflows, effective communication between teams, and timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency and supporting project managers in achieving strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time completion.
Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
Schedule and prepare for meetings, including agenda development and follow-up.
Support the creation and maintenance of project plans using relevant tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Assist in budget tracking and reporting for assigned projects.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support within a project-based environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
