We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Expeditor/Sales and Admin Assistant to help ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Job Summary
As a Sales Expeditor/Sales and Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that sales orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. You will act as a liaison between the sales team, production, and logistics departments to keep orders moving and customers informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor sales orders from entry through to delivery
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Communicate order status, delays, and updates to customers and internal teams
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate records of order changes, shipping details, and customer communication
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process
Qualifications
- B.S Graduate / fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- with or without experience in sales support, order processing, customer service, or logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
