Who you'll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you

You'll be responsible for the following:

·       Lead a team of solutions designers responsible for the design of new products and services as well as improvements to existing products and services.

·       Liaise with the tribe and squad members which include tribe leads, product owners, solution architects, engineers, QA and other stakeholders to help drive demands forward towards completion 

·       Promote design excellence by defining, maintaining and enforcing design principles, standards and practices, ensuring consistency of compliance and adoption across demands handled by the team 

·       Drive team effectiveness and performance, overseeing quality and timeliness of team's design deliverables via reviews, monitoring and audits

·       Champion continuous improvement initiatives and team engagement efforts within the team.

We're looking for:

  • Minimum 8 years in a business analyst, systems analyst/design or related roles, and with
    experience in leading a team

  • With a business and technical background, having previous experience in process,
    product and solutions design and development

  • Must be customer-oriented with relevant technology know-how to bridge requirements to
    solutions

  • With experience in agile delivery model and working well within multi-disciplinary teams
    to meet strategic objectives

  • Should have a strong background in process engineering and/or tech/business
    operations
