Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
- Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong facilitation, organizational, and communication skills
Any of the following are an advantage:
- Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience in financial services or insurance industry
- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
