FRENCH - Menu Transcribers

Every on-demand company needs merchant data in order to sell goods and services. Woflow uses computer vision and ML, along with a suite of internal tools and a human-in-the-loop network, to structure this merchant data. As a result, we lay the data infrastructure that powers high-growth startups and leading food delivery platforms.

We are an early stage startup and are hiring for French Transcribers (WFH) to help us grow.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to ensure output targets are accurately met on time.
• Use Woflow's proprietary suite of tools to perform a variety of data structuring and standardization tasks
• Attend Quality and Development meetings and keep up to date with all learning/training materials
• Communicate reliably and effectively with all team members via proper channels (email and Discord)
• Identify key problems or issues with the data structuring and standardization process as they arise

Requirements

• Min. 6 months experience in data entry or data processing -- BPO and/or menu transcription experience is a strong plus
• Expect to work with alcohol related items.
• French language: native or bilingual proficiency
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Flexible: amenable to work on weekends or be on night shift (as our clients are mostly from North America).
• Curious and driven
• Multi-tasker and has superb time management skills
• This is a pay per task / output opportunity, hence a English Transcribers can earn more depending on the volume of correctly encoded work.
