About the role

Join our dynamic team at GLOBAL HOSPITALITY PLACEMENT AGENCY PHILIPPINES CORPORATION' as a Healthcare Account CSR (Customer Service Representative) specialising in health insurance and employee benefits. Based in our offices in Manila City Metro Manila, this full-time role will see you playing a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and clients to provide information and resolve queries related to health insurance policies and employee benefit programmes
  2. Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  3. Identifying and escalating complex issues that require further investigation or support from subject matter experts
  4. Proactively following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and needs are met
  5. Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
  6. Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, ideally within the healthcare or insurance industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and dispute resolution capabilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software to effectively manage customer information and inquiries
  5. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
