5. Office & Tech Proficiency
Confidently use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Be comfortable learning and using productivity tools (Canva, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
6. Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
7. Task Management
Track deadlines, commitments, and important follow-ups.
Help prioritize daily tasks and manage competing demands.
