- Attend meetings when needed, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items. 
3. Administrative Assistance
- Handle payroll preparation and related documentation. 
- Support with documentation, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or Canva. 
- Organize files and records for easy access. 
- Draft emails, letters, and internal communications. 
4. Coordination & Communication
- Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. 
- Schedule and coordinate with teams, partners, and clients. 
- Follow up on deliverables and timelines on behalf of the executive. 
5. Office & Tech Proficiency
- Confidently use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
- Be comfortable learning and using productivity tools (Canva, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.). 
6. Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality. 
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times. 
7. Task Management
- Track deadlines, commitments, and important follow-ups. 
- Help prioritize daily tasks and manage competing demands.
