Lucky Joe Ventures Inc. is the fast-growing company behind Daily Joe, one of the most dynamic, rapidly expanding to-go coffee brands in the Philippines. With 19+ branches across Bicol and upcoming expansions beyond the region, we are building data-driven systems to scale nationwide.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst who will turn data into insights and support smarter, faster decision-making across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze sales, customer behavior, product performance, operations, and inventory data.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across all branches.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses on issues such as stock-outs, variances, underperforming stores, or sudden sales drops.
  • Create forecasts for demand, sales, and inventory requirements.
  • Present insights with clear recommendations for action.

Dashboard & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
  • Create intuitive, role-based dashboards for executives, operations, finance, and branch supervisors.
  • Develop automated weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
  • Standardize KPIs across all departments to ensure consistent reporting.
  • Visualize complex data clearly and meaningfully.

Data Management

  • Clean, validate, and structure data from multiple sources (POS, ERP/Odoo, delivery platforms, loyalty apps, etc.).
  • Work with Tech/ERP teams to maintain accurate data pipelines.
  • Document metrics, definitions, and data sources for internal use.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Operations to understand store performance drivers.
  • Support Marketing with campaign analytics, CAC, retention, and promo performance.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to forecast inventory needs and reduce stock-outs.
  • Assist Finance with margin tracking and cost optimization insights.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, practical business insights.

Preferred

  • Experience in retail, F&B, or multi-branch businesses.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience in dashboard automation or predictive analytics.
