Salary: ₱22,000 – ₱28,000 (Terms & Conditions Apply)

About the Role
We're looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll assist customers via phone, chat, or social media—resolving inquiries, providing solutions, and delivering excellent service related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve issues with patience, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
- Process orders, handle returns, and assist with various service-related concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform necessary follow-ups
- Collaborate with your team to meet or exceed service targets
- Stay informed about company products and services through regular training

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a Customer Service or BPO role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
- Stable internet connection (for virtual parts of the process)
- Must be at least 18 years old
