RECEPTIONIST

First impressions matter. We're hiring a receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
  • Provide administrative support when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience is preferred but training will also be provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and approachable
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (POS is a plus)
  • Must work on-site in Festival Mall, Alabang
