ABOUT THE POSITIONWe are looking for a Dev Business Analyst, Senior with eight or more years of experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions and XML-based message broker systems or applications. You will be part of our M3 Integration team, which is primarily responsible for delivering cloud-based integration components for Infor solutions.

We work in close collaboration with Infor teams located in both the Philippines and Sweden. Working in this position includes:Design and deliver advanced solutions for new functionalities, optimizing and enhancing complex business processes with business messages and integration. Lead initiatives throughout the full system development life cycle, from concept to execution, with a focus on analysis, testing, and documentation.

Serve as a functional expert, providing in-depth guidance to colleagues on M3 integration and its strategic applications for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Required skills and qualifications:Experience with ERP systems, especially in Infor M3, is an advantage

Experience in integration, enterprise service bus (ESB), XML based message broker system/application (i.e. ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ), or related field

Knowledge in integration technologies (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, EDI)Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive with strong problem-solving skills

Creative and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on designing detailed, effective solutions

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction

Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks

Must be amenable to hybrid work arrangement (3x a week onsite) and morning shift scheduleAS A PERSON YOU AREYou have a keen interest in and are familiar with new and emerging technologies.
