About the role
WRN Health Incorporated, a leading provider of dialysis services, is seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse to join our team in General Santos City South Cotabato. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
This position requires availability for day shift only.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to dialysis patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing dialysis equipment
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Educating patients and their families on the dialysis process, dietary requirements, and self-care management
- Closely monitoring patients during dialysis sessions and responding promptly to any changes in their condition
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices in dialysis nursing
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- With or without experience in dialysis nursing or a related high-acuity nursing field are welcome to apply as long as willing to be trained.
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to operate dialysis machines and monitor patient vital signs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and a focus on continuously improving patient outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
- Advanced dialysis certification is required in addition to registered nurse licensure
