Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Sourcing & Vendor Management Analysts to join our team. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of technology partnerships, from initial market research and vendor selection to ongoing performance monitoring and financial oversight. You will act as a strategic partner to IT, Legal, and Finance, ensuring that our technology investments are cost-effective, compliant, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sourcing & Selection

  • Lead and support RFP/RFI processes, including market research and supplier analysis to identify innovative and cost-effective IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and business needs for software, hardware, cloud services, and telecom.
  • Execute vendor due diligence and selection based on risk profiles, budget constraints, and technical fit.

2. Contract & Relationship Management

  • Lead and support the negotiation of favorable commercial terms and service level agreements (SLAs) in partnership with Legal and Procurement.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, maintaining centralized documentation, dashboards, and tracking tools to ensure timely renewals or terminations.
  • Act as a primary liaison between IT and external partners, fostering healthy, productive vendor relationships.

3. Performance & Risk Oversight

  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs to ensure vendors meet all contractual obligations.
  • Identify and mitigate third-party risks, ensuring strict compliance with data privacy regulations, licensing terms, and internal governance standards.
  • Facilitate regular vendor performance reviews and manage the escalation and resolution of service issues.

4. Financial Stewardship & Reporting

  • Track and analyze IT vendor spend to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings, contract consolidation, and license optimization.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to leadership to support strategic vendor decisions and roadmap planning.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in IT sourcing, vendor management, procurement, or contract administration, or a related role
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with IT categories (SaaS, Cloud/AWS/Azure, Hardware, and Professional Services).
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical Ability: Proficiency in tracking spend, analyzing contracts, and managing data within lifecycle tracking tools.
