Facility Engineer

Job Summary:

Execute the daily operations of the Facility Engineering Services generated therefrom in order to deliver and

meet the facility management requirements/ SLA of FES accounts/ projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Execute Facility Engineering services accounts/ projects.

2. Communicate with superior to make decisions for operational activities.

3. Execute tactical operations and meet goals and KPIs

4. Comply FES operational policies and procedures

5. Attends regular FES operational meetings

6. Prepares FES operational records and documentation.

7. Prepares and submits operational status reports.

8. Supervise lead technicians of the assigned accounts/ projects including staff relations.

9. Provide constructive feedback

10. Assists with financial information of the department

11. Assists in department operational and CAPEX budgets to promote profitability

12. Maintain good relationships with external partners and vendors

13. Promote the company's mission and values.

14. Support marketing of services.

15. Ensure implementation of tactical programs to meet strategic goals and objectives.

16. Assists in key hiring and talent development program.

17. Preparation of pricing and proposals for technical services.

18. Assists with the CMS department in the preparation of maintenance and repair proposals as instructed by the

FES Head.

1. Conduct site inspection/ visitation

2. Prepares client Work Permit, Work Methodology Statement, other project required documents.

Specific Duties:

1. Collaborates with engineers, procurement, sales, marketing, finance, and other divisions and departments

to determine the specifications of a project and ensure smooth operation

1. Communicates job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions

2. Contributes to operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and

complete action plans; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;

resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.

1. Assists in preparation of the department budget and schedules expenditures

2. Execute operations and projects and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

3. Assists purchasing in hiring contractors and assists HR in hiring other staff in accordance with policies, and allocate responsibilities

4. Evaluates project progress and prepare detailed reports

5. Ensures adherence to all health and safety standards and reports issues

6. Performs quality control on all projects, writing reports and make recommendations for improvement

7. Execute the project and meet client requirements, safety, quality, time table and project budget

8. Coordinates with clients and engineers to assess equipment needs to determine system requirements

9. Understands the client requirements, service level agreements, and specifications as per contract.

10. Prepare project and preventive maintenance scheduled timelines and time constraints.

11. Ensures all the Contractors under him/her are performing their assigned activities by agreed schedule and

scope.

1. Maintain logbooks/trackers for completion of a particular task or project.

2. Assists/supports/reviews Purchase Requisition Form (PRF), Invoice Request Form (IRF).

3. Assists daily attendance monitoring of Technical Services assigned technicians.

4. Attend trainings required by the company's services.

5. Assists and coordinate with ADHOC, Preventive Maintenance, and projects on site, if needed.

6. Review and submit a summary report of preventive maintenance to client.

7. Ensures the safety and quality of services.

8. Prepare and submit of weekly, monthly, and quarterly report.

Qualification and Skills:

1. Preferably with previous working experience as a Project Engineer / Facilities Engineer / Account

Engineer.

1. BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil, or other related.

2. In-depth knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

3. Hands on experience with budget development and oversight experience

4. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,500.00 per month
