JOB SUMMARY AND KEY JOB RESULTS
The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing physical therapy procedures for patients and for helping the Chief of the department carry out training plans for interns.
Key job results include prompt and quality PT services, clean and working PT machines, training plan executed for each PT Intern, and satisfied customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Assesses and evaluates patient condition before, during and after treatment to ensure that the patient is fit to undergo rehabilitation and to know if the patient is responding to the rehabilitation program.
2.Performs physical therapy procedures following the Rehab Consultant's treatment plan.
3.Conducts patient's rounds with Rehab Consultant.
4.Records accurately all assessments, treatments and procedures done to patient.
5.Encodes charges to computer and issues charged slip.
6.Prepares required reports.
7.Prepares medical certificates or referral notes to other hospital.
8.Prepares and submits weekly requisition of supplies.
9.Maintains PT machines clean and in good working condition and reports any defect.
Supervises and evaluates the performance of PT interns.
Facilitates case presentation and conducts practical exam to PT Interns.
Ensures the cleanliness and safety of the premises at all times.
Performs other related functions assigned by superiors.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualification
· College Degree preferably BS Physical Therapy graduate
· Board passer/licensed PT
Experience
· At least 1 year experience as Physical Therapist volunteer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Caloocan City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
