Join NE Learning Inc., a registered tutorial company providing English lessons to Korean students via phone and video calls.

We are currently hiring Full-Time Home-Based Online English Instructors to be part of our growing team


NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM

All qualified applicants will undergo a comprehensive FOUR-WEEK ONLINE TRAINING before starting.

Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (via Zoom)

Paid Training: Php 200–250/day (released upon passing the evaluation)


HOME-BASED SETUP REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):
  • Stable internet connection via LAN cable (min. 100 Mbps from GLOBE/PLDT/CONVERGE Fiber only)
  • PC/Laptop (Windows 10, i3 to i7 processor, 4–8 GB RAM)
  • HD Camera
  • Noise-canceling headset (Preferred: Logitech H110/H111)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct one-on-one phone and video classes for Korean students
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress
  • Perform other related tasks

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • Starting Salary: Php 15,500/month (with or without students)
  • Government Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month, Holiday Pay

  • Performance Based Incentives:

  • Perfect Attendance: Php 500–1,500/month;

  • Productivity: Php 500–6,000/month;
  • Internet: Php 500–1,000/month;

  • Performance Allowance, Referral Bonus, Monthly Recognition Incentive

  • Paid Leave Credits upon regularization (VL/SL)

  • Salary Payout: Every 15th and 30th of the month
