Overview:
 A
.NET developer
requires the candidate to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using the .NET framework and languages like C# and VB.NET. Core responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing efficient code, debugging, and ensuring software quality and performance. The role also involves working with databases (e.g., SQL Server), using version control systems like Git, and adhering to development methodologies like Agile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy software applications using the .NET framework and related technologies like ASP.NET.
  • Write, test, and debug efficient, reusable, and scalable code in C# and other .NET languages.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., designers, project managers) to define requirements and create new features.
  • Integrate software components with databases (like SQL Server) and other systems.
  • Perform code reviews and write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
  • Support and maintain existing applications and troubleshoot issues.
  • Create and consume RESTful APIs.
  • Document code and development processes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
  • Use version control systems like Git for codebase management.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in .NET programming languages, especially C# and VB.NET.
  • Strong understanding of the .NET framework and ASP.NET.
  • Experience with SQL databases and data storage solutions.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with tools like Visual Studio and Git.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is often required, along with a few years of experience

  • Office Location: Panabo City, Davao Del Norte

  • Preferred Applicants: Residents of Panabo City, Davao City, or within the Davao Region.

  • Position: Full-time

  • Work Schedule: 3 PM – 12 MN

  • Weekends Off: Fixed
