Tracer Specialist

Tracer Specialist is responsible for locating individuals with outstanding financial obligations who have become unreachable through standard contact methods. This role requires investigative skills, discretion, and persistence to support the recovery process and maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

BASIC SALARY + INCENTIVES

Job Description:

• Conduct skip tracing using databases, public records, social media, and proprietary tools
• Verify and update contact information for debtors and clients
• Collaborate with collection agents to support recovery efforts
• Document tracing activities and maintain accurate case records
• Communicate professionally with third parties to gather relevant information
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal protocols
• Maintains and updates customer status records in the company's system to ensure accurate account tracking, service coordination, and reporting compliance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Undergraduate in Criminology, IT, Business, or any related field
• Experience in skip tracing, collections, or investigative work is a plus
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficient in using online databases, public records, and social media tools
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and documentation skills
• Discreet, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful
• Willing to undergo 7-day paid training
