About the role

We are seeking a full-time Kitchen Helper to join our vibrant and fast-paced team at Taj Mahal Food Corner in Buhay na Tubig Imus City Cavite. As our Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our skilled culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting the chefs and cooks in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients
  2. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment by regularly cleaning and sanitising surfaces, equipment, and utensils
  3. Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  4. Following all health and safety protocols to uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene
  5. Providing general support to the kitchen team as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment, even in an entry-level or assistant role
  2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work area
  3. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  4. Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
  5. Willingness to learn and develop new skills
