• Conduct employee training's
• Conduct interviews
• Responsible for supporting and implementing HR functions, including recruitment, employee on-boarding, attendance monitoring, and records management.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, assists in employee relations and disciplinary processes, and helps coordinate training and development activities.
• Provides administrative support to maintain smooth and efficient HR operations.
• Assist in all company documentation (permits, accreditation)
