We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and digitally savvy leader head our branding and social media direction. This role will champion brand identity for our clients while also guiding content strategies based on the latest social media algorithms and trends.
Responsibilities:
Lead the overall creative direction for branding, campaigns, and content.
Develop brand identity, tone, and messaging guidelines for clients.
Oversee creation of visual and written assets (graphics, copy, video concepts).
Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with platform algorithms.
Analyze content performance and optimize strategies for growth and engagement.
Collaborate closely with accounts, design, and production teams.
Ensure creative outputs meet brand standards and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Creative Director, Senior Creative Lead, Brand Strategist, or Social Media Strategist.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding work and creative campaigns.
Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their algorithms.
Skilled in content strategy, storytelling, and setting brand tone/voice.
Knowledge of design principles (bonus if proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
Background in copywriting or graphic design
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze content metrics and apply insights to improve performance.
Up-to-date with digital trends and emerging social media features.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
Experience in video direction or content production
Basic media buying knowledge
