The HR Supervisor for Recruitment and Organizational Development is responsible for leading and implementing the recruitment and selection process, while also supporting and driving strategic OD initiatives. This role ensures the attraction and retention of top talent, enhances organizational performance, and supports continuous employee development and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop manpower plans.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies including job fairs, online platforms, and partnerships.
- Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Organizational Development (OD)
- Assist in the development and implementation of OD programs such as succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Support training needs analysis and help implement training and development programs.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and internal communication campaigns.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of organizational policies, processes, and structures.
- Assist in implementing change management initiatives.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all recruitment and OD processes.
- Prepare regular reports related to hiring, training, and OD initiatives for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment and/or OD; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR policies, and OD concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Preferred:
- Experience in Manufacturing and Logistics is a plus.
- Certification in HR, Recruitment, or OD (e.g., PHR, CHRP) if applicable.
